I understand that high school schedules change with sports, school events, and illness. For private lessons, because your time slot is strictly reserved for your child each week, I require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session free of charge (subject to availability). Any cancellations made inside that 24-hour window will incur the standard session fee.

For group sessions, because the class must go ahead for the remaining students, individual absences cannot be refunded or rescheduled. However, the absent student will receive full access to the recorded live lesson and all digital resources covered during that session so they can easily catch up before the following week.
